Manuel Antonio Surf School and its Endless Olas Surf Camp is a family owned and operated business and when you come to us you become a part of our family. In addition to our family management team we have a team of highly trained, professional, bilingual and patient instructors and tour guides as well as knowledgeable office staff best-in-class customer service.
Luis Gatgens
Luis was born and raised in Quepos/Manuel Antonio Costa Rica. He has worked in Costa Rica tourism for over 20 years during which he has not only been a business owner but has also worked as a surf instructor and white-water rafting guide in both Costa Rica and the United States and in various forms of customer service. Luis provides an exceptionally experienced and true local perspective that cannot be matched. At MASS Luis is not only an owner, but his love for this business leads him to play the role of surf instructor and tour guide as often as possible. This passion is what makes MASS special.
Jessica Gatgens
Though not native to Costa Rica, Jessica fell in love with this extraordinary country upon her first visit and has never looked back.
Now Jessica and Luis work together in this family business. She brings her diverse perspective and vast experience in finance, customer relations and marketing as well as a deep love of surfing, yoga and all things
outdoor and nature related to the business.
